I have the above type car converted to RH drive and fitted with a 1970 1679cc motor with twin 40 IDF Webers. The car has a partial roll cage fitted by Trix in Melbourne stamped 1999 - I believe the car was imported by Stuart Webster. I have owned it for 18 months and in that time replaced the clutch, and relocated the fuel pump under the tank and installed braided fuel lines and rebulit the Webers. Also replaced the outer rocker sill panels and some of the electrics.I have used the car for some hillclimbs and am contemplating an engine upgrade and would like to know if anyone has a good engine case available for building a spare motor - at this stage I would prefer to keep under 2000cc and use the existing inlets and exhaust units. Do you find this valuable?
