Importing and Legalizing a US 1975 914

Hello, I am currently debating a transfer from the US to the Brisbane area for work. Would anyone be able to tell me what requirements I would need to legalize a 1975 914 in Australia?
I am trying to decide if it would be worth importing, or if I would be better off selling it here in the States.

Last year I shipped a 1974 914 from Hawaii to Melbourne. I found the drive on drive off the cheapest way to do this. It cost me A$4,500 to get the car to Australian standards and registered in Victoria. I was able to keep it LHD. Do you find this valuable?
